Homes Needed

We always have animals in need of new homes. These change on a daily basis so it is best to ring first to make sure the animal you are interested in is still available.

Please note that public visiting times are 10 am to 3.30 PM Tuesday to Saturday

It is our policy that, prior to being re homed, all dogs are micro-chipped.(Presently suspended whilst a new, reasonably priced, supplier can be found.)  Unfortunately we can no longer afford the cost of neutering all our animals but they will all be health checked.

A home suitability check will also be carried out prior to the animal being released to you.

We hope you will understand that the costs involved in ensuring you get a healthy, well fed animal are considerable and, in an extreme case, can exceed £300.

It is for that reason that we ask for a minimum contribution of £35 to partially offset our costs.

Available Pets

These are some of the animals we need to re home but things change daily so please ring before you visit.

Thor is 3 yrs old, he is a good dog, but is obsessive with kids so we are looking for a home where he has lots of space to run and no children. Again homes will be vetted by owner.

Thor is not at the centre we are just the contact.

Nemo is a 6 yr old dalmation , he is a very energetic dog and loves to be with people all time.make sure u have lots of time before applying for nemo.

MISSY is a 5 yrs old whippet x jack Russell and has not to go to the country. Town home only for her

Rabbits,

Lionhead is simba and lop is floppy lol, both are very nice boys.

Both gingers are boys.  The tortoishell and long haired black are girls:).
 

PEGGY is a 22 month old Border Collie who needs a new home fairly urgently. Someone with experience of the breed would be best.  She is with her owner and, as is usual in such circumstances, Arthurshiel accepts no responsibility for the re homing. Please deal direct with either :-
